Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use the site or book.
Draft · Effective 29 July 2026
Who we are
This site and the services on it are operated by Vrelo Collection LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("Vrelo," "we," "us"). You can reach us at concierge@vrelocollection.com.
Acceptance
By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Vrelo Collection maintains a small collection of stays, tables, rituals, and experiences that you can reserve directly, and offers hosted journeys and bespoke journey planning with the hosts. The collection, descriptions, prices, and availability can change; the terms that apply to a booking are the ones shown when you confirm it.
Two ways to travel with us
Reserving a place in the collection — a stay, a table, a ritual, or an experience — is a direct arrangement between you, us, and the independent property that hosts you, on the terms shown when you confirm.
Travelling a hosted journey — a multi-day journey travelled with our hosts, with stays, tables, and transfers included — is governed by separate booking terms and guest declarations that we provide when you reserve your place. Those documents, once signed, take precedence over these site terms for that journey.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you join Upstream, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your account secure. Sign-in is by secure email link, so keep access to your email protected.
Bookings and payment
What we charge at booking (a deposit, card hold, or prepayment), what it covers, and the cancellation terms are all shown before you confirm, and apply as stated. Prices are in euros and, unless noted, include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, changes, and refunds follow our Cancellation Policy and any property- or journey-specific terms shown at booking. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
Upstream
Upstream is a free perks program. Perks depend on availability and follow the terms on the Upstream page; they are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may change or end. They apply only to direct bookings, not to reservations made through third parties.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access, no large-scale scraping, and no unlawful use. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the service or other guests.
Independent properties and liability
We take care in choosing and describing the collection, but individual stays and experiences reserved through the site are delivered by independent hosts and partners, who are responsible for their own services and premises. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for their acts or omissions, and our total liability for the booking service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected booking. Responsibility for hosted journeys is set out in the journey booking terms provided at reservation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
The site — its text, design, and our own photography — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some images are used under licence and are credited on our Image credits page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply to you in full. We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably first — contact concierge@vrelocollection.com.
This is a draft policy and may be updated; the current version and its effective date always appear at the top of this page. Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under applicable law.
